“Fear, uncertainty, and discomfort are your compasses toward growth.”
-Celestine Chua

Change can be as difficult as it is inevitable. Sometimes change hits us over the head -- a divorce, career change, move, or loss of a loved one.

Other times, it hides in wait.

Much of the time, it is happening even when we don’t recognize it.

Transitions are a time rife with possibilities and excitement, a place that holds the space for us to become even stronger.

We lose an opportunity for growth when we rush through transitions.

Let's slow down, together.

"In most lives, permission to live one’s life is not something one is given; it has to be seized, if not in early life then later in desperation, for the alternative is so much worse.

"Rather than ask what does my tribe demand of me, what will win me approval, what will please my parents, the question is, 'What is intended for me?' The answer will vary with the stage of life you are in and from person to person.

"The necessary choices will never be easy, but asking the question, 'Who am I?' and suffering it honestly, leads to a life of meaning and purpose.”
