Living Fully, Dying Prepared

This eight-week course emphasizes the importance of living a meaningful and purposeful life, making the most of each day, and cherishing relationships and experiences.
Simultaneously, the class will acknowledge the reality of mortality and encourage class members to engage in thoughtful preparations for their end-of-life journey.
LIVING FULLY - involves being present in the moment, pursuing one's passions, nurturing meaningful connections, and cultivating a sense of gratitude. It emphasizes the idea of embracing life's joys and challenges, taking risks, and living authentically.
DYING PREPARED - means acknowledging and accepting the inevitability of death and making practical arrangements for end-of-life care and wishes. By being prepared for death, individuals can alleviate potential burdens on their loved ones and ensure their desires are respected during their final stages of life.
In essence, the concept of living fully and dying prepared encourages individuals to approach life with intention and embrace the reality of mortality, creating a sense of wholeness and peace throughout one's journey.
